— How It Works

From first note to the last plate.

01

Tell me the occasion

Share the date, the room, your guests, and any tastes or restrictions. The more I know, the better the menu.

02

I design the menu

I write a menu to the season and to your table, then refine it with you course by course until it's right.

03

I cook & serve

I arrive with everything, cook in your kitchen, plate each course, and leave the space exactly as I found it.

Pricing is bespoke to each menu and guest count — shared after the first conversation.
