What I keep, what I don’t.

The only place this site collects personal information is the booking form on /book. When you submit an inquiry you share your name, email, optionally a phone number, the occasion, a preferred date, a guest count, and a short message about what you have in mind. That’s it. There’s no account to create, no profile to build, no tracker following you around.

To respond to your inquiry, design a menu that fits the occasion, and confirm the booking. The information you share goes to one place — my inbox — and stays there.

Your inquiry is delivered to my inbox through a trusted email service that handles the message in transit using industry-standard encryption. Beyond that, no one else sees what you submit. I don’t sell, share, or hand your information to third parties.

This website does not use marketing cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels of any kind. The only cookies that may appear are essential ones used to keep the site secure and performing well — never for advertising or profiling.

Booking inquiries live in my inbox like any other email. I keep them as long as they’re relevant to our conversation and any planning that follows. If you’d like a past inquiry deleted, ask me and I’ll remove it.

You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just write to me at bookings@privatechefyahya.com — no form, no fee, no fuss.

Private chef services are for adults arranging meals for their households or guests. This website is not directed at children, and I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If anything substantial changes, I’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects information you’ve already shared, I’ll write to you directly.
